The company's use of disparate tools for supply chain management, without a comprehensive ERP system, results in data inconsistencies, difficulty in tracking and controlling the entire supply chain process, reduced transparency in business operations, and challenges in risk management and efficiency improvements.

  • Manufacturing management: The lack of tools for production management leads to many difficulties in product costing activities, including calculating material costs, operating costs, labor costs, and scrap costs, making it challenging to determine the optimal selling price.
  • Buying management: Faces challenges such as supplier price management, linking purchasing stages, managing procurement progress, storage, purchasing history lookup, and controlling bank document submission status, resulting in non-optimal purchasing prices and delayed delivery schedules.
  • Inventory management: Loss of control over inventory levels, uncertainty about the exact items and quantities in stock, and loss or wastage of goods due to a lack of knowledge about the condition and location of each item in the warehouse. These issues result in time-consuming and labor-intensive processes that are prone to errors.
  • Selling management: Currently implementing a sales process on the Haravan e-commerce platform that is not yet integrated with the business's overall sales data for managerial monitoring and analysis.
  • CRM/HR/Project Management: The current management tools are neither comprehensive nor specialized enough to fully address the specific needs and goals of the business. DHT's current system has limitations in connecting various processes, leading to information inconsistencies and making it difficult to track and evaluate operational performance. To improve this situation, DHT could consider transitioning to a comprehensive and integrated management system, such as ERPNext, to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
